Founder Mr. Bill Han left his previous industrial sewing machine trading company and began exploring international markets, planting the early seeds of entrepreneurship.

Traveled to over 10 countries, gaining exposure to the flexographic printing industry and global business practices.

Returned to Taiwan and started small-scale equipment sales and technical services with a group of like-minded partners.

Lead Yuan Co., Ltd. was officially established, specializing in flexographic printing machine import/export and technical support.

Participated in the Drupa International Printing Exhibition in Germany, making its European debut and gaining international exposure.

Celebrated the company’s 20th anniversary with its first large-scale global distributor conference.

Won a national Green Enterprise Award and initiated industry-academic collaboration projects with technical colleges.

Celebrating Lead Yuan’s 28th anniversary, the company launched a brand refresh, upgraded its website, and expanded international marketing and exhibition efforts.
